The Early Bird registration deadline for the Annual Convention is Friday, September 13, 2019.
Register today! To receive the member rate, membership must be current through December 1, 2019. If you have not renewed your NCA membership for 2019, or you are a new member, you must join/renew your membership in a separate transaction before registering for the convention.

Hotel rooms are available at four hotels in Baltimore: the Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, and Holiday Inn. For more information on how to reserve a room, please visit the Hotel and Travel Information webpage. This year, NCA is working with the Visit Baltimore housing bureau, and all reservations must be made by using the link provided or by calling the Visit Baltimore housing bureau. Reservations cannot be made directly with the hotels. There are a limited number of discounted student rooms available at a reduced rate at the Hilton. Discounted student rooms will be assigned on a random lottery basis. For more information, visit the Hotel and Travel Information webpage. Convention sessions will be held at the Hilton and the Baltimore Convention Center, which are connected via an enclosed skybridge.
Add sessions and other activities to your personal convention itinerary by using the “My Schedule” tab on NCA Convention Central, or by downloading the NCA program app. Search for and install Eventsential on your mobile device. Then, search for NCA and select the NCA 105th Annual Convention. You can filter the schedule by day and/or session sponsor, or search by name, title, or keyword. Sessions can be saved to your "My Schedule," and you can create and save personal appointments. You can also browse and save Exhibitors to visit. The app data is refreshed live from NCA Convention Central on a continual basis, so information is always up to date. And, no worries should you lose your signal; the information will cache until you regain your signal.
