NCA Inside & Out

The NCA Executive Committee (EC) recently released a statement reaffirming its commitment “to removing structural barriers or exclusionary policies and practices that undermine a diverse, equitable, and inclusive association.” The statement follows the EC’s decision at its March meeting to reform the NCA Distinguished Scholars Award selection process in an effort to make the process more inclusive.
