The National Communication Association (NCA) and the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) are co-sponsoring a workshop for journalists and scholars interested in stories about Asians and Asian Americans, as well as stories covering anti-Asian violence. The panel will be held on July 28 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. (Eastern) and will be moderated by NCA Immediate Past President Kent A. Ono (University of Utah). Participants will hear from three journalists working in the field: Erika Vichi Lee (Independent Journalist), Diana Lu (Independent Journalist), and Marrian Zhou (Nikkei Asia).
