Gather alumni, former colleagues, current students, and future friends together under one roof. NCA offers private areas for schools and companies to host their own reception in one of the convention hotel spaces.
Reception Request Policy
Please complete one application for each function planned. Receptions may begin no earlier than 6:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. An invoice, room assignment and hotel catering contact information will be e-mailed to the contact person listed below. Schools/companies work directly with the hotel on reception arrangements. All catering, entertainment and décor fees and charges (excluding rental fee) will be paid directly to the hotel. The room rental is payable to NCA and is due upon receipt of invoice. Request form and payment must be received by September 15, 2023. After this date, you are still able to submit requests and staff will accommodate, if possible. Room assignments are made on a first paid, first assigned basis.
By submitting this form, you agree to follow all local/state/federal restrictions in place in November regarding masks, social distancing, food and beverage service, etc. during the reception and to enforce these restrictions among your attendees. Currently, National Harbor does not have any restrictions in place regarding gatherings of several hundred people. If that were to change, NCA reserves the right to cancel or modify previously booked receptions. If a reception is cancelled by NCA, a full refund will be provided.

Room rental fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to email@example.com. All approved groups are to contract event space directly with the venue and responsible for finalizing all arrangements directly with the venue. Any penalty incurred between the group and the venue is the responsibility of the group. NCA accepts no responsibility for the event(s).
