Tracy MacDonald is an experienced association and event professional serving as Manager of Sales & Exhibitor Services at NCA. She leads sponsorship and exhibitor sales and oversees related services for the association’s annual convention.

Previously, Tracy served as Director of Administration and Meetings at the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO), where she managed conference operations, membership, and education initiatives. During her tenure, she successfully transitioned major conferences to virtual formats during COVID while achieving net profit and exceeding sponsorship and overall revenue goals.

Tracy has also held roles at COMPTEL (now INCOMPAS) as Manager of Education and Member Programs, overseeing educational content, conference agendas, and webinars, and at the Northern Virginia Technology Council, supporting more than 1,000 member companies.

She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2024 and holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Mass Communications from Southeast Missouri State University
