Penelope has worked as an accounting support professional for the last ten years. Prior to joining the National Communication Association, Durham worked in accounting and contract management for a minority, woman-owned CPA firm. Durham also has more than twenty-five years’ experience as an executive support professional for both C-Suite and business operations level executives. Durham earned her bachelor’s degree in health education from the University of Maryland.
