Madison Broderick Convention and Meetings Manager

Madison Broderick serves as convention and meetings manager at NCA, where she supports the planning and execution of the association's annual convention and other organizational events. She is passionate about creating engaging attendee experiences, building strong relationships and developing operational processes that help organizations achieve their strategic goals.

Before joining the National Communication Association, Madison served as development manager for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Metro D.C. Chapter, where she led multiple revenue-generating events. Previously, she worked at the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry, where she coordinated national meetings, supported member engagement initiatives and managed registration and event operations for more than 20 annual meetings.

A dedicated nonprofit and association professional, Madison has experience in event management, fundraising, volunteer engagement and stakeholder relations. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed bringing people together through meaningful programs and experiences that foster connection and community.

Madison holds a bachelor of science degree in nonprofit management with a minor in public administration from the University of Central Florida.

In her free time, Madison enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, attending live events and spending time with family and friends.
