
Kukua Osei-Gyamfi is a systems and operations professional with experience spanning Salesforce administration, data management, digital operations, event technology, and cross-functional project coordination for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. Her work centers on building efficient processes, improving organizational workflows, and supporting teams through thoughtful systems management and operational strategy.
Most recently serving as Data and Insights Technical Project Manager at Women’s Funding Network, Kukua managed Salesforce administration and technical operations across membership, development, events, communications, and organizational strategy. She supported system improvements, reporting and dashboard development, event technology management, and cross-departmental projects designed to improve efficiency and user experience across the organization.
Throughout her career, Kukua has supported CRM implementations, workflow automation, data management initiatives, systems integrations, and digital operations projects for nonprofit organizations and associations. Prior to her role at Women’s Funding Network, she served as an Implementation Consultant at SmartSimple Software, where she partnered with clients on grants management system implementations, platform configuration, user support, and process improvement initiatives. She also previously worked at the DC Bar Foundation, supporting grants management and operational processes.
Kukua is known for her collaborative approach, adaptability, and ability to bridge technical and operational needs across teams. Her experience includes Salesforce NPSP administration, reporting and analytics, data governance, workflow automation, event technology, and systems support. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Old Dominion University.
