Interest Group Sponsorship Interest Form

NCA Interest Groups may submit ideas for sponsorship opportunities that support their programming, member engagement, or the NCA Annual Convention. This form is used to identify and evaluate potential sponsorship opportunities and does not constitute approval of a sponsorship.

All sponsorships are subject to NCA review and approval. Interest Groups operate under NCA’s authority and do not have independent legal or financial status; as a result, Interest Groups may not independently solicit, negotiate, enter into agreements with, or collect funds from sponsors on behalf of NCA.

Following submission, the request will proceed as follows:

  1. NCA will review the request for alignment with organizational policy, sponsor category exclusivity, and operational feasibility.
  2. Upon approval, the NCA Sales and Sponsorship team will lead sponsor outreach and negotiation.
  3. NCA will prepare and issue the sponsorship agreement. Interest Group leaders are not authorized to execute contracts on behalf of NCA.
  4. Sponsorship benefits will commence only upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the proposed opportunity, including the sponsorship concept, intended audience, potential sponsor benefits, estimated value, and potential sponsors, if applicable. NCA staff will review the submission and determine next steps, including whether and how NCA may pursue the opportunity.

For more information, please review the Interest Group Sponsorship Guidelines.
