Guest Registration Request

Guest Speakers

Guest Speakers are individuals invited to participate in convention sessions based on their expertise in areas outside of the communication discipline. Guest Speakers are people who would not normally attend the NCA Convention and are not nor have ever been members of NCA.

Single Session Guests

Family members attending one session only to watch a loved one present may register at our Friends and Family rate through standard registration.

Key Information:

Eligibility: Must be a non-member with expertise outside the communication discipline
Registration: Approved guests receive complimentary convention registration
Authorization: All guest requests are reviewed by the Convention Team and authorized by the First Vice President
Approval: Submitting this request does not guarantee guest status

Important Deadlines:

October 15: Deadline to submit guest speaker registration request
November 1: Deadline to complete formal registration (if approved)
