Jennifer Fletcher has a strong background in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, with experience in communications, student services, leadership development, and recruitment. She brings a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset to her work—helping teams operate effectively while keeping long-term goals in focus.

Jennifer joined the Association in 2022 and previously served as Membership Associate for over two years. In her current role, she manages governance operations and supports Interest Groups, the Legislative Assembly, and several national committees.

Prior to NCA, Jennifer worked at the Universities at Shady Grove as Student Engagement Coordinator and later as Recruitment Specialist, where she led efforts to increase student engagement and streamline recruitment.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Digital Media from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is passionate about leadership development and organizational communication and is dedicated to creating environments where individuals and teams can succeed and make meaningful contributions.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, staying active, and mentoring students at her local church.
