Help Us Assess the Use of NCA’s Learning Outcomes in Communication

NCA’s Teaching & Learning Council is seeking your input to help guide the future of NCA’s Learning Outcomes in Communication.

Developed in 2014 by a team of NCA members and released in 2015 with generous support from the Lumina Foundation, the LOCs were created to provide a shared framework for what students should know and be able to do upon completing a Communication degree. Now, nearly a decade later, we are assessing how these outcomes are being used within the discipline.

We invite you to complete a short survey to help us determine the extent of adoption and utilization of the LOCs across institutions. Your responses will help inform whether updates or revisions to the LOCs are needed.

We appreciate your time and feedback as we continue working to support excellence in teaching and learning across the Communication discipline.
