We are excited to invite you to the Graduate School Open House (GSOH) during the NCA 2025-111 Annual Convention!
The NCA Graduate School Open House (GSOH) offers colleges and universities a valuable opportunity to connect with prospective students. Each participating department receives a dedicated booth where faculty can engage one-on-one with potential students, discuss programs, and answer questions about admissions and requirements.

- Location: NCA Exhibit Hall, Aurora Ballroom, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center
How to Reserve Your Booth:
Reservation Deadline: October 31, 2025
- Verify your membership status and expiration date

- For member rates, your departmental membership must extend through December 1, 2025 or later
- To join or renew, contact memberservice@natcom.org

- Complete booth registration and payment

- Member Rate: $300
- Non-member Rate: $450

- Register all booth staff for the convention

- Every representative must individually register as a convention attendee
- Please submit the Guest Speaker Form and you will be given a code to register once your request has been approved.

GSOH Policies & Booth Information
- Each booth includes:

- 8′ × 8′ space with pipe and drape
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs

- Important Policies:
-
- Booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis
- NCA Departmental memberships must extend through December 1, 2025 or later to qualify for the discounted rate
- Each booth representative must register individually for the convention to access the GSOH area
- No one will be allowed into the hall without a convention badge, including campus representatives setting up booths
- All GSOH décor and signage must fit within the 8′ × 8′ booth and cannot extend into aisles or public spaces
- NCA will remove any items that obstruct aisles, public areas, or access to other booths
- Due to high demand, schools cannot purchase additional booths
- The deadline to apply for booth space and submit payment is October 31, 2025. NCA will not reserve space for schools until payment is received
- Booths must be set up and staffed by 1:15 PM or may be forfeited to schools on the waitlist

Compliance Requirements:
NCA requires all participating organizations to adhere to federal laws, including but not limited to:
- Civil Rights Act
- Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- Americans with Disabilities Act
Representatives must only ask questions relevant to an individual’s qualifications for graduate study. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and a ban from future participation.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds (minus a $50 processing fee) are available if requested in writing to convention@natcom.org by October 15, 2025.
NCA Career Fair
We are excited to invite you to the NCA Career Fair during the NCA 2025-111 Annual Convention!
The NCA Career Fair attracts diverse attendees, including soon-to-be graduates and professionals seeking new career opportunities. The Job Fair, held during the Career Center, is an excellent way for employers to connect with potential employees. Each registered department will have a booth designed for one-on-one interactions with applicants. The Career Fair is open to all registered attendees. In addition to the Job Fair, the Career Fair will also feature CV Consulting.

Job Fair Policies
- Booth availability is on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- To qualify for the discounted rate, NCA Departmental memberships must extend through December 1 or later.
- Each booth representative must register individually for the convention to access the Career Center area.
- All décor and signage must fit within the 8’ x 8’ booth and cannot extend into aisles or public spaces. NCA will remove any items that obstruct aisles, public areas, or access to other booths.
- The deadline to apply for booth space and submit payment is October 31, 2025. NCA will not reserve space for schools or companies until payment is received.
- Departments may set up their booths between 8:00 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. Booths not set up or staffed by 9:15 a.m. will be forfeited to schools on the waitlist.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing by October 15, 2025 to receive a refund, minus a $50 processing fee.

Event Space Requests
NCA offers private event spaces for departments, exhibitors, sponsors, and other organizations during the Annual Convention. This is a perfect opportunity to bring together alumni, colleagues, and potential collaborators.
