The 2021 CIDD Virtual Japan Tour, coordinated by NCA’s Committee for International Discussion and Debate (CIDD) and the Japan Debate Association (JDA), will take place during June 2021. The two debaters representing the United States on tour are Emma Reilly and John Huebler. Debate formats include Policy, All Japan High School English Debate Association (HEnDA), and Parliamentary. Reilly and Huebler are coached by CIDD committee members Ruth Beerman (Randolph-Macon College), John Koch (Vanderbilt University), and Kenneth Newby (Morehouse College). A lecture on leadership and organizational behavior will be delivered by CIDD Program Coordinator Brianne DiPasquantonio (Aurora University).
