NCA's Doctoral Program Guide

University of Denver, Department of Communication Studies

The Department of Communication Studies at the University of Denver is committed to high quality human relationships and to exploring the communicative conditions for ethics and justice in human sociality. They are a teaching department that places high priority on making their own contributions to new knowledge about communication, and their scholarship variously follows both social scientific and humanistic approaches. They refuse to privilege one research method over another.
