The NCA Exhibit Hall is a great opportunity to visit with publishers, software vendors, educational product vendors, and other discipline-related associations. The NCA Exhibit Hall will be located in the Ballroom, 400 Level, of the Baltimore Convention Center. The NCA Exhibit Hall will additionally house Scholar to Scholar presentations, the Graduate School Open House, and the NCA Career Center.

The Exhibit Hall hours are:

  • Thursday, November 14, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, November 15, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 16, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

The NCA Annual Convention is the single largest gathering of Communication teachers, researchers, administrators, students, and professionals. *Department Membership must be current through December 1, 2019 to be eligible for the member rate.
**Covers are assigned based on a lottery. Organizations who wish to be considered for the cover lottery will pay for a full page advertisement today and will be invoiced for remainder, if selected.

NCA makes any unused meeting space available to schools, companies, and other convention partners for small meetings. Meeting space may be used for focus groups, editorial meetings, or other business-related meetings. Download Meeting Space Request Form. Once submitted you will be provided with an invoice and instructions on how to remit payment online.
