Hotel and Travel Information
The NCA 99th Annual Convention will convene at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel and the Omni Shoreham Hotel. The hotels are located across the street from one another. Booking a room in the NCA room block is an important way to support the association and ultimately keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Staying “within the block” is also more convenient and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotels during the convention.
Reservations will open on July 1, 2013.

A one-night deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours in advance. NCA group room rates (applicable taxes of 14.5% are not included) are as follows. A $20 per additional guest will be charged. More than four adult guests per room are not allowed.
