Hotel and Travel Information

The NCA 102nd Annual Convention will convene in Philadelphia, PA. Booking a room within the NCA room block is an important way to support the association and ultimately keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Staying “in the block” is also more convenient and helps keep you connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotels during the convention. NCA does not work with any third parties or housing bureaus for convention housing so please beware of anyone contacting you and claiming to represent NCA.There are guest room blocks at the three hotels listed below. The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown will house sessions, exhibit hall, and registration. There will be sessions scheduled in the Courtyard as well. There will only be sleeping rooms at the Loews.
