DESC: The Substance Abuse and Mental health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental health Services (CMHS), through   the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Division of Acquisition Management,   Program = Support Center (PSC) intends to award an eighteen   (18) month simplified acquisition. The purpose of this requirement   is to provide an = “Analysis of Youth Violence Prevention Service   Program Implementation = Experiences of School and Community   Action Grant (SAG) Sites”. The = Contractor shall provide a   summary of major youth service program = implementation issues and their effects in the experience of School and = Community   Action grantees in implementing youth service programs to =   include: (1) a preliminary conceptual framework to identify   a set of = program implementation issues that affected the   experience of program implementations across the SAG program   sites; (2) review quarterly, evaluation and yearly progress   reports of 40 SAG sites; (3) utilize information gained from   progress reports, evaluation reports and interviews to summarize   the impact of implementation issues across sites; and (4)   write a summary report on the findings of the analysis = of program implementation issues. Offerors shall show an understanding   = of the goals and objectives of the requirement, experience   and = knowledge of related service program implementation issues,   background = and experience in working with service providers,   and adequate staff = and resources to implement the requirements   of the acquisition. The = Request for Quotation (RFQ) will   be available approximately fifteen = (15) days after issuance of this notice.
