The Division recognizes the diversity of methods used in research in the legal arena and embraces study from a variety of areas of communication study (e.g., argumentation, interpersonal, organizational, health, small group, etc.). It welcomes membership from academics, attorneys, trainers, consultants and others with interest in the communication processes underlying law and litigation practices.
