CTR's Mailing List Links about Communication

There are a variety of lists that deal with the topic of communication.
You can check out information on the list if you want to subscribe (I don't
know all of these). Remember, not all mailing lists are open to the
public, some may be designed for a particular class or no longer operating,
so you may have to make an inquiry. The most common way to subscribe is to
send an email to the list with the body saying only "subscribe name of
list" without the quotes.
