ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS


Citations in CERI are presented in APA format. Most of the items in CERI should be readily available in your local library. However, in the event that you cannot locate an item in your library, we will be happy to send a copy to you in the mail for a flat minimal charge of $2.00 per copy per item to defray the cost of copying, shipping by first class mail, and handling. The articles themselves are free.

To order items from CERI, please fill out the Order Form. Enclose a check or money order for the proper amount ($2.00 per copy per item), and mail it to Jennifer Peltak at the NCA National Office.

Please note that you can only order items that have an Order Number next to them in the Index.

Orders can only be accepted through postal mail with a check or money order as payment. No fax or e-mail orders will be accepted.

Items marked with "*" cannot be ordered, as they represent books, pieces not on file, or items published and sold by NCA or other organizations.

Items that are published and sold by the NCA have their purchase price in parenthesis after the reference. If two prices are noted, the lower price is always for NCA members. For NCA publications information click here.
