NCA promotes the discipline of communication internally, as well as to specific external audiences and the public at large. Discipline advocacy is central to NCA’s mission. We cultivate the generation of knowledge about communication by increasing advocacy for disciplinary research support. Additionally, we advocate for the discipline by disseminating knowledge about communication to the public. Our efforts in this regard are highlighted here.
