2004 Convention Sponsorship

Have you ever considered sponsorship?  Sponsorship can be tailored to provide a great opportunity to highlight and market your company’s name. 

The Benefits of Sponsorships

Sponsors can provide full or partial support to the following events, and promotional items.

Coffee Breaks................................................................................ $3,000

Provide coffee and tea for conventioneers at a station in the Exhibit Hall.  A sign will be displayed in the refreshment area with your organization’s name.

Newcomers Reception................................................................. $1,500

Provide refreshments for the first time conventioneers.  This is a great opportunity to have your name publicized to some of the new, ambitious members of NCA.

Legislative Assembly Refreshments (Wednesday or Saturday)................................................................................................ $3,000

Provide refreshments to the diverse membership of the NCA Legislative Assembly.  This body meets at the convention to discuss and direct NCA policy.  Reach out to over 150 people with large constituencies in different areas of communication studies.

Convention Bags................................................................................... $3,000

Each conventioneer will receive their convention materials in a plastic bag with your organization’s name and logo.

Inserts for Annual Meeting Bags........................................................... $2,000

Ensure your name reaches all convention attendees by inserting a small promotional item with NCA convention materials.
