ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements, Inc. is thrilled to once again be partnering with the National Communication Association to provide an exciting on-site children’s camp and youth tour program in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida.  The 2003 Convention will be an opportunity for kids from 6 months – 16 years of age to experience the diversity and colorful history unique to South Florida.  Children will enjoy a “Florida Beach Bash” camp located at the Fountainbleau Hilton.

ACCENT is a 12-year-old national company with staff trained to supervise and entertain your children throughout their stay.  We create age-appropriate, curriculum-enriched environments for children with lots of hands-on creative activities on site.  Our talented staff produces this stimulating program on site with scrupulous attention to children’s health and safety needs.   We create the experience, the joy and the memories!

Safety and Security

Our professional, specially trained supervisors are CPR & Pediatric First Aid certified. ACCENT’s staff are teachers, professional Children’s Program providers, or mothers who simply love working with children and have completed ACCENT’s specialized training program. ACCENT employees’ references have been thoroughly checked.  To insure your children have the best care, our staff-to-child ratios (onsite) are as follows:

1:2 Ages 6-12 months    1:3 Ages 1-3 years      1:5 Ages 3-12 years     1:8 Ages 12 years & older

Entertainment and Education

With activities like arts & crafts, active games, movies and much more, your children will not want to leave.  Our goal is to entertain your child(ren) in a safe environment so you can attend your meeting with the peace of mind that they are being taken care of and having a great time too.
